SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21 Relating to                                
declaring March 1998 as Sobriety Awareness Month, was read the                 
second time and was before the Senate on final passage.                        
                                                                               
Senators Lincoln, Halford, Duncan, Kelly, Hoffman, Torgerson,                  
Green, Mackie, Sharp, Miller moved and asked unanimous consent                 
that they be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without
